What is Dragonboating?

Dragonboating typically involves paddling a large canoe style boat with up to 20 other people in the same boat, together. There are variations on boat size but the principle of the exercise is pretty much identical in all. It is an excellent activity to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscle, increase mobility, relieveing stress and all while promoting teamwork.
